The user needs to select the location where the epidemic is predicted, and input the probability of base mutation and the duration of the epidemic as parameter estimates in the multi-scale model. Base mutation probability must be ensured that all base mutation probabilities are greater than or equal to 0. And the sum of all base mutation probabilities is 1.
